Ceremony Music

Service Description

Will come and set-up early to play subtle/soft music for your ceremony. This typically consists of approx 30 minutes to an hour of music for your guests as they arrive/find their seats and await the big moment. I usually recommend instrumental violin/piano versions of current songs (almost like "Bridgerton" on Netflix. :-) Then, we can have specific songs for your bridal party and of course the bride's choice of song to walk down the aisle to (as well as a final outro song for when the ceremony is complete and the happy couple is officially married!). This also includes a wireless microphone and stand for the officiant. Please note that if you choose me to officiate your ceremony, the Ceremony music add-on will be reduced by 50% ($100 total for Ceremony Music). If you do already have an officiant in mind, I will certainly coordinate with your officiant for a few minutes on the day (prior to the ceremony) to get the cues I'll need for music and to inform them to please remind your guests to silence their cell phones. I will also note for them (and this goes for the bride and groom as well if applicable) to please be sure to speak directly into the microphone (mouth as close to mic as possible - about an 1 inch away is ideal) since it is an omnidirectional dynamic cardioid microphone which cuts out essentially all outside noise (wind, people chatting, the sound of the Kool-Aid man busting through a brick wall, etc.) and that way every one of your guests can hear the truly special/important words that will commemorate your day :-)
